The workshop is intended to provide a forum for exchanging views on how the trustworthiness of the components used and of the overall system can be ensured in the industrial production of microelectronic systems. The focus will be on experience reports as well as on problem statements and situation analyses in order to identify problem areas and needs for action in research and standardization. The workshop will take place within the framework of the BMBF initiative Trustworthy Electronics. Interested parties from all sectors are invited. Participation is free of charge. We ask for registration by email.
